Shipping

Due to current airspace restrictions across parts of the Gulf region, including Iran, Israel, Iraq, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and the UAE, some flights are being rerouted or adjusted at short notice. As a result, airfreight shipments may experience delays, including temporary holds at export gateways while airlines update their schedules.

We will continue to share updates regarding shipping as they become available. If you have any urgent shipments or specific concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’re here to help.

We want to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition and as soon as possible, great care is taken to pack each order in recyclable paper tissue and boxes.

You will be sent a confirmation email on receipt of your order, with a second email once your products are shipped containing your consignment and tracking number.

USA Tariffs update, a message from dreamboatyt:
As with all UK companies, my brand has been greatly impacted by Tariffs which have now taken effect. I’ve taken the decision to pay the customs duties for my US customers myself until I find a long term solution that will not only be the best for my customers, but also ensure we continue to provide the best possible service.

We are currently experiencing delays due to customs processes, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

CANADA

EXPRESS – £15 (FREE over £75) – 3-7 Working Days*

Due to customs delays on Standard Delivery, we currently only offer Express Delivery to Canada and you may be liable for taxes, levies, or import duties.

Canadian orders will be shipped from the UK.

EUROPEAN UNION

EU STANDARD – €4 (FREE over €59) – 2-7 Working Days*

EU EXPRESS – €10 (FREE over €175) – 1-2 Working Days*

All European orders will be shipped from Poland.

European Union countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

AUSTRALIA

UPS Priority – £29.95 (FREE over £175) – 2-4 Working Days*

UPS Standard – £8 (FREE over £98) – 5-9 Working Days*

REST OF THE WORLD

Rest of the World orders will be shipped from the UK.

Please be aware that you may be liable for any of your country’s duties, taxes and customs charges.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We do ship to A.P.O./F.P.O. however please allow for a longer processing and delivery time.

Returns

You have the right to return purchased Products for a refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Products for any reason.

Please contact support@dreamboatyt.com to return Products and state the reason for your return.

The Products must be returned directly to us unused and in the condition sent to you with the original packaging.

If you are returning dreamboatyt Jewels, you must include presentation, ring box and puff.

You must enclose a copy of your proof of purchase with your returned Product.
